As a counsellor, I primarily focus on the relationship between myself and you the client. I view each client as a unique individual and throughout our sessions I hope to create a strong enough connection between us in a safe and supportive environment that you, as the client are able to open up and make the best use of the sessions. Relating is the core of what we do as counsellors and building and sustaining those relationships in the therapy room is where everything hinges.
