Issues of emotional and psychological distress, including addiction and compulsion, pre-menstrual disorders (PMDD, PME and Severe PMS) and relationship challenges are far more common than most people imagine. If you are looking for help to work through problems in your life, I provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space in which to work through your difficulties. I practice as an Integrative therapist, which means that I am trained in several psychotherapeutic approaches so that together, we can build a course of individualised therapy, thereby creating a better future for you.
I offer in-person sessions from my purpose-built office in a very discreet location with free on-site parking, and online via a highly secure specialist health system. Working collaboratively, I help individuals understand and untangle the knots that they find themselves within without judgment. I work with both men and women and couples.
