I’m a higher accredited professional based in Ayrshire. I have worked with individual adults from many backgrounds since 2020. I offer a sincere, therapeutic opportunity to discuss whatever is troubling you. Therapy allows us a private conversation, away from daily expectations and assumptions. This will feel quite different to other styles that use worksheets or set protocols. The steady, regular setting helps you be gradually become inquisitive about your inner life and your interactions with others. People often come to therapy when their usual ways of coping aren’t working.

I am interested in helping anyone who finds it hard getting by or along with others, even when the reasons feel confusing or unclear. When questions about your place in life grow too pressing to ignore, you don’t have to resolve it alone. My specialism looks at what occurs between people, and how things outside awareness can influence this.

I have helped diverse people with mental and emotional suffering. Some had diagnoses like anxiety or depression, but many did not. I suggest an initial appointment to try out working together.
