About
If you're frustrated, personally or professionally, and find this distresses you (and maybe those around you), would like to take stock and make changes, but feel that it would be easier with someone outside your immediate circle, then I'd be happy to hear from you. My clients tend to be professionals, whether established in their careers or trying to establish themselves. Their frustrations may arise from their work or life outside. They are often seen by family and friends as capable and focused, but they often feel misunderstood and their own perception of themselves can sometimes be a little rocky.
After a typical career in consultancy and executive coaching, I began teaching HR and leadership in FE and HE. Today, I run the University of Oxford's five Coaching Programmes, help lead the final two years of the Therapeutic Counselling diploma at Abingdon & Witney College, and an online multi-lingual Supervisor training across Eastern Europe and Asia.
