As a couple I can help you to work through difficulties and improve connection.
I have completed training in Counselling, Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and Couples Counselling. I work integratively, tailoring therapy to the individual/couple and their needs.

I am also an Occupational Therapist and have worked across adult mental health and physical disability settings. I bring a wealth of experience from this to my psychotherapy practice and I welcome clients who are impacted by disability and life-limiting illness, either themselves or as carers and loved-ones.
