My approach to counselling is warm, compassionate and practical. If you're feeling anxious, depressed, struggling with relationship issues or loss, I can support you through challenges you may be facing. Whatever your reasons for seeking out counselling, we can create an effective, collaborative therapeutic relationship and work towards your chosen goals.
I am a fully qualified, integrative counsellor; my work integrates different counselling theories and techniques. These include Person Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis (TA). This means I can adapt my practice to your particular needs. I work with UK based clients face to face, online and via the phone.
Why go to counselling? Counselling is a private, caring environment to talk about your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. You can freely express yourself and learn to make changes in a safe setting. I offer help with a wide range of issues, such as bereavement, loss, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, feeling stuck or lost, amongst many others.
