My training is grounded in Transactional Analysis, a humanistic approach based on building a safe relationship where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and patterns at your own pace. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process, and my aim is to help you understand yourself more deeply, develop meaningful coping strategies and lasting change.
