I am a fully qualified personal psychotherapist and counsellor and hypnotherapist working from home. Which provides a warm, safe and friendly environment.
I can help with bereavement and loss, I specialise in baby loss, still birth and miscarriage. I also specialise working with teenagers who are having a difficult time during the pandemic and now back into exams and social life.
Life can be extremely difficult sometimes and the biggest step is often recognising and asking for help and I am here for you to offer help and coping strategies in your difficult time.
