My name is Henna Gorsia and I am a counsellor based in London running a private practice, GoToGrowthTherapy.
Life can be challenging, and it is important to put your wellbeing first. I have had the privilege of working with many clients dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and much more, changing lives for the better. My hope as a counsellor is that all clients can feel seen and heard. I also hope my clients can feel hope, value and a renewed lease of life to enable them to experience life through a new lens and thus increase their self-belief, self-confidence and autonomy.
I offer opened-ended and single session therapy sessions.
I have an Level 5 Adv. Diploma in Counselling Practice. I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor, meaning I draw from various psychotherapeutic approaches and tailor to your needs. Approaches include person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT & Transactional Analysis.
It is normal to feel anxious about taking that first initial step to counselling, which is why I offer an free 20-minute consultation & assessment to see if we are the right fit for one another.
A typical first session could look like explaining the contract and talking about your presenting issues so we can make the most out of our sessions together.
