My counselling approach blends several counselling models which seek to develop a counselling relationship which is genuine, trusting and focused on the clients needs. There is a belief that each person can move towards a greater sense of meaning and purpose whatever challenges they are currently living with. I offer focused short term therapy.
I have experience, training and a genuine interest working with people with neurological conditions. The therapy approaches I practice have been shown to be effective in the treatment of anxiety, depression and long term health conditions.
