Psychotherapeutic work is relational in nature and so it requires a genuine personal engagement. The challenge is having conversations that break us out of ourselves, our stories, dramas and fear. Psychotherapy and counselling are about seeing a new way of relating to ourselves and others, to life and to the world.
I’ve been a psychotherapist for over twenty years, mostly in private practice. I offer couple counselling, supervision, training, group therapy, executive and leadership coaching, and organisational development consultancy. I see people face to face and remotely; via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype and by telephone. Due to the Lockdown I see everyone remotely. I'm even teaching a Diploma Course in 'Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups' via Zoom - I've taught this particular course every year since 2011 and this is the first year I've ever taught a course remotely!
