The GCTC was established in 2011 and since then, we have grown into a team of psychotherapists, counsellors and trainers who have helped many young people and adults work towards a greater sense of wellbeing. Sometimes it can be challenging facing everyday life, whether you are dealing with family, work or have just started University or college. Here at the GCTC, we provide a safe, and supportive environment for you to work through your difficulties. Through our training programmes we have ensured that our team of highly specialised, qualified and experienced therapists can offer help with an extensive range of issues.
We offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in a comfortable, confidential space where you can be helped to explore the relationship between your thoughts, your feelings and your behaviours. By building a solid relationship between clients and therapist, we can devise an individual plan to help you take steps to make changes in your life.
It can often be difficult to take the first step, so we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible for you, After your initial contact, our dedicated and friendly staff will take some details to ensure that you are connected with a therapist who would be the most appropriate to help you discuss and explore your difficulties.
