An integrative approach allows me to access various tools without being bound by a single, specific outlook. I use narrative, mindfulness and imagery. I also involve the body which is where traumas are stored. We'll explore the past but we will very much focus on the present and on ways of opening up the future. The most important thing is to change the relationship with oneself.
