Hello, I am the Lead Psychologist at Oxford Mind & Body, where I work alongside a great group of professionals offering therapy to those aged 16 years and older. We are trained in a variety of psychotherapy approaches and together we treat many different conditions (including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, OCD, relationship difficulties and bereavement, amongst others). We also specialise in the treatment of eating disorders and their co-morbidities. We appreciate the uniqueness of our clients and we aim to tailor our skills to suit our clients' needs.
