Hello, I'm Giovanni, a Chartered Psychologist and UKCP Psychotherapist. I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship is the main vessel of real change. Therapy is a journey to be embarked safely, and it can help you with your pain. Together, we can try to explore that pain or uncertainty that hinders the possibility you have to live a full and meaningful life. We will work together towards your objectives, it doesn't matter how far they seem now or how painful is to think about them.
Having worked in various environments, I have a good understanding of working with different modalities and depth. I have gained relevant experience working with very severe presentations, from Autism to Personality Disorders, that made me keen in not discounting the importance of the pain you carry everyday within yourself.
It is pivotal to me getting a sense of what is happening to You. Therapy cannot be "done" to anyone, it is joint project that has YOU at centre of it. Listening to your words and beyond them is what you can expect from me, in a safe environment.

In these times of forced isolation and quarantine, anxiety can be tormenting and disabling. Left untreated it could develop into a severe anxiety disorder or depression. This existential challenge can become too taxing if underplayed. I am offering a space where you will be able to share your anxieties and relieve some of the crushing stress you might have right now.
