Hello! My name is Giorgia and I'm a passionate Psychologist! Through a safe, authentic, empathic and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship, I help my clients to find a better way to see and accept themself while managing their life's challenges. We all go through hard moments in life, where emotional pain, lack of hope and feelings of being out of control, limit our ability to cope. One of the central core of my work is supporting my clients to feel in charge of thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and issues. These processes develop an awareness of how we think, how we perceive the world, and in particular, how we react to it.
I believe in an active and cooperative therapy that aims to find and apply new healthier coping strategies to face past and future distressing experiences. I utilise a holistic and integrative approach to explore and tailor the most suitable intervention according to the person's needs and uniqueness.
