I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in a variety of NHS, charity, and private settings. I predominantly work with adults and adolescents and I treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma and personality disorders. I support people who struggle with mental health difficulties and feel stuck in dysfunctional patterns, and I help them to take the steps needed to change. My special interests are relational difficulties, neurodiversity, traumas and emotion regulation.
I use an integrative approach, which allows me to choose techniques from different therapeutic orientations according to my client’s specific issue. This includes CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, ERP and Psychodynamic approach. Shaping the intervention according to my client’s needs, expectations and potential lays the foundations for positive outcomes.
