Who am I? There was a time when I struggled to answer that very question, Today I am able to say I am Ginny Lewis and I'm a Person centred Psychotherapist. There was a time in my life of uncertainty, I didn’t know where to begin to understand how or what I was feeling, within a safe therapeutic space I was able to begin the Journey to meet myself. Having been a client receiving Person Centred Therapy I experienced first had how the right conditions being created enabled me to grow, the positive effect it had and continues to have within me enables me to here today for others.
I gained my Person Centred Degree at Warwick university, I have experience of working with Self-Esteem, Anxiety, Addiction, Bereavement both Loss of Loved Ones and Living Losses which may include Loss of Self, Loss of Relationships or Loss of Purpose. I offer a safe confidential space that carries no judgement and is client led.
