It can be hard to reach out for support, and even more difficult to trust a professional with your problems. I aim to offer a warm and supportive approach to help you to better understand your difficulties, and move towards a valued life. I am a clinical psychologist trained in several different therapeutic approaches, and hence I offer an integrative approach that is tailored according to the individual. I have experience working with both adults and children, with specialist interests in long-term conditions and neurological disorders (including stroke). I am currently doing a Postgraduate Diploma in Neuropsychology.
I offer a number of different approaches including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Narrative approaches, Mindfulness-Based Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I will be guided by you in terms of treatment approach, as I believe a relationship that is founded on collaboration and compassion is fundamental to therapy success. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to determine this fit.
