I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship issues, abuse, to name a few. I also have extensive experience working with bereavement , loss and trauma. My aim is to work with you, supporting you as you explore and understand your issues.
I will offer you a calm, confidential, safe space, where I will listen to you without judgement, in the hope you will feel heard, understood, valued and accepted for who you are, and whatever you bring to the sessions. Whilst also empowering you in finding the right solutions for you, in moving forward towards the change you seek.
