Hi, I am an Integrative Relational Psychotherapist working online with individuals and couples (18+), supporting people in their self-discovery journey. I believe that past experiences impact how we are and relate in the present, and that is through relationships that we heal. I facilitate a safe and accepting space for us to build a genuine and trusting relationship to help you connect to your authentic self. I focus on nurturing your potential by exploring your feelings, needs, thoughts, and experiences to increase your self-awareness. I work holistically; I consider the mind, emotions, body, and spirit as a whole.
As an Integrative Relational Psychotherapist, I focus on the healing aspect of the counselling relationship. I draw from different approaches (Psychodynamic, Humanistic, CBT, Somatic and Mindfulness-based, Transpersonal) which allows me to work flexibly, considering your uniqueness as a person. My style is is collaborative, curious, intuitive and creative.
It takes courage to embark on a self-discovery and healing journey, to look within ourselves and work out how we want to live.
