I have lots of experience with people who have addiction problems and/or have had traumatic events in their lives. Traumatic doesn't have to mean a one-off incident and may not be something you'd considered as affecting you, but somewhere in the back of your mind, that 'thing' is always there.
I have a very open mind, lots of understanding and empathy, plus many years of experience relating to people just like you. I won't tell you how to live your life or what to do, but I will, metaphorically, walk alongside you whilst we figure it out.
