I am an Accredited BACP counsellor, psychotherapist & eating disorder practitioner. I provide a confidential counselling and psychotherapy service in a safe and comfortable setting and via Zoom too. I have experience in working with many issues including but not limited to- anxiety, abuse, depression, affairs/betrayals, love & loss, low self esteem, work related issues, OCD, bereavement. I am a neurodiverse affirmative therapist. I am also a Master Practitioner for all aspects of eating disorders- Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge eating and other associated issues such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem and body image problems.
As a Master Practitioner working with eating disorders, I use the unique model developed by the National Centre for Eating Disorders which incorporates positive psychology, psycho education, CBT helping to challenge the mind set. I have helped many clients return to a safer, happier place with food, lifestyle and body image.
The most important thing for me as a therapist is that I try to see and experience my clients world and the challenges it is bringing to them. When this therapeutic alliance is achieved we can work together to bring about the changes that they are seeking.
