The people I support feel stuck in their relationship, perhaps caught in the same arguments, or struggling to connect the way they used to. Sometimes a life change, such as illness, loss, or family stress, shifts something between people. You might feel lonely even though you're together, or like you're walking on eggshells - never quite sure how a conversation will go. While much of my work is with couples, I also work with siblings, parents and adult children, and people who want to understand why they keep running into the same difficulties in their close relationships.

I'm a Clinical Psychologist based in Scotland, specialising in couples therapy and relationship therapy online across the UK, and I can help you understand what's really going on and find a way forward.
