About

I am a HCPC registered Doctor of Clinical Psychology based in Newry, Northern Ireland. I utilise online platforms for therapy allowing an ease of access. I have extensive experience in and outside of the NHS working with individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions. I wish to provide a service to those struggling to navigate waiting lists for MH services in the current climate. I provide services to young people and adults utilising evidence based psychological therapies (CBT, DBT, Schema, CFT). I welcome queries from diverse individuals incl: sexual orientation, gender identity, cultural or religious background.
I am well practiced in the psychological treatment of a wide range of difficulties: Depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, personality difficulties, ASD, voice hearing and bi-polar difficulties, physical health concerns etc with individuals of varying ages and in all levels of severity. I am trained in and utilise multiple evidenced therapies (CBT,DBT,CFT,Schema).

This is a DBT/CFT based skills group focusing on building skills for Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal relationships. The group is perfect if you struggle with emotional intensity and it affects your ability to cope with the tricky situations that life presents us with. It also helps you improve your relationship with others and improve feelings of happiness and contentment as you focus on living life towards your values. This is an online group with 6-16 individuals in sessions. It is a fun, skills based group where individual's support each other to meet their life goals.
