Hi, sex and relationship problems, working with couples and individuals is my main focus. I have trained as a general counsellor supporting people who suffer with difficulties relating to all lifes problems and challenges. I have also trained as a psychosexual therapist and at present I am continuing to study, researching the effects of online pornography on couples and the impact it has on their relationship. I believe that change is possible whatever challenges the journey involves. I work with a positive and optimistic out look, remaining non judgmental and empathic at all times.
