I work in counselling and psychotherapy with relational and identity issues including shame and isolation, alienation, discouragement, loss, anxiety, stress, trauma, anger, burnout, spirituality, neurodivergence. I also offer CBT for targeted work on specific fears and phobias, OCD and low mood. I work both in person in Cambridge and online, short- and long-term, with individuals over the age of 15.
Changes or new challenges can confuse or upset the equilibrium in our lives. At other times, longstanding issues can reach a tipping point where we no longer feel able to cope. Therapy can help us explore the areas where we feel stuck, encourage us and connect with our intrinsic resources to find new meaning and direction.
I am an Adlerian counsellor (Dip) and CBT practitioner (PGDip) currently registered with BACP and accredited with BABCP. Adlerian psychology offers a helpful framework for exploring relational, existential and spiritual challenges, I also worked for over a decade as a music therapist (MA) with people with developmental and neurological conditions.
