If you are reading this there is a chance that you (or someone you know) may be experiencing some emotional difficulties. In my personal experience, counselling and psychotherapy can help with a wide range of problems related to life and living. Many of us don't know why we feel unhappy, lacking in confidence or generally anxious. Some experience anxiety in relation to situations where other people seem to cope without a problem. Sitting down with a trained therapist can help alleviate distress as well as uncover the self-defeating patterns we may have stumbled into as a consequence of life's events.
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. I offer both short and long term counselling/therapy to individuals and couples. I have worked with people through a broad range of difficulties including generalised anxiety disorder, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, all types of abuse, family issues, personality disorders and bereavement.
I offer a space for us to work together to explore your thoughts and feelings with a 'better tomorrow' being our primary goal.
