Debbie is an experienced integrative psychotherapist offering short-term and long-term therapy. She has been in clinical practice for over 10 years and has gained experience working with issues such as stress, lacking motivation, low self-worth, anxiety, trauma / abuse, feeling stuck etc. Debbie is passionate about supporting and empowering those in her care to make the changes necessary in order to increase fulfillment and enjoyment in their lives. Debbie works collaboratively with her clients emphasising the importance of autonomy, whilst working on key areas and moving towards living more contently and fully.

Debbie does not believe in the 'one box fits all' approach. As an integrative therapist, Debbie draws upon various modalities and tailors her practice to suit each client individually, working with their preferences.
