Are you looking for a safe space to explore sensitive issues? Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks or the effects of past trauma? Or perhaps you find it hard to open up and talk about yourself. I am a friendly, qualified and experienced counsellor who is passionate about helping people who have never had counselling before or who find it difficult to talk. I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore both past and present issues. I offer one to one counselling for adults either face to face or over the telephone.
I use an integrative approach to therapy - which means I'm able to use a range of skills and tailor my approach to suit your needs. Working in this way also means that in counselling you are respected as an individual and every aspect of you is welcome in therapy.
I counsel both men and women of all ages, and have specialist knowledge in counselling people with depression, helping people connect with their true feelings and understand themselves better. I also specialise in counselling women with gender specific and non-gender specific issues.
