In my integrative approach to counselling I combine my Humanistic and Psychodynamic skills. In doing this, I am able to tailor my approach to the specific needs of my client. This enables my client to gain a better understanding and make sense of their situation, become more self aware and gives them confidence to make changes in their life.
Helping people has always been my passion. I am warm, genuine, honest and empathic. I have 15 years counselling experience. I have worked as a Counsellor in Mind, the Pastoral Counselling Centre and Campbell House in Northampton.
