I love helping people and finding solutions to things, which is why I became a therapist over 25 years ago and developed my practice to include coaching and supervision. I am an experienced therapist with a warm, caring, open and direct approach. I have an active, therapeutic practice focusing on solutions and strategies to understand and address personal issues and problems. I have a global outlook having worked with with people from all backgrounds and nationalities and lived in different countries. I provide a safe, confidential space to explore your life and what you need moving forward.
My therapeutic background is based on a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic model, which means that I am interested in how our past and mental processes affect us. I have worked in universities for over 20 years and was the head of counselling at the university of Cambridge for over 7 years, helping students and staff with personal and work related issues.
