I have trained to work pluralistically with my clients. This means that I work with a variety of theories and tailor my practice to what best suits my clients at that particular time; we work collaboratively and review as often as required. The three main areas I have studied are person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT. I am registered with the NCPS, National Hypnotherapy Society, The King's Trust and the ICO.
I am also a fully qualified hypnotherapist.
I have experience of helping children from primary school age, right up to old age and those who are terminally ill.
I hold an enhanced DBS and also offer emotional support sessions.
