I work in an integrative way, drawing on Attachment Theory, Transactional Analysis, Person-Centred and Solution Focused approaches. I am also qualified in Couples Therapy. This allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs rather that a one size fits all approach.
Sessions are available weekly or fortnightly, either in person or online.
