I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor who has worked within the public sector and with private clients over a number of years. I use a combined approach to psychotherapy as I believe that there is not one single approach that can successfully treat each client in all situations. I am an experienced warm and compassionate Practitioner and believe that the quality of the relationship between Therapist and Client is fundamental. I offer a safe and confidential space, where together, we can explore areas which matter to you, so you can make appropriate changes, feel in control of your life and develop through in-depth sessions.
