I offer a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space where you can bring whatever is on your mind. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is integrative, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models and tools to suit your individual needs. This might include working with both past and present experiences, looking at coping mechanisms that no longer serve you and finding new ones that do, and attending to what’s happening in the body as well as the mind. I’m a UKCP registered trainee psychotherapist currently completing a Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy.
I work with clients from all walks of life, and I'm committed to understanding your unique perspective. I recognise that things like race, gender, sexuality, disability, and class can deeply affect how we experience life. I aim to create a space where you feel heard and respected for who you are, and where we can explore whatever feels important to you.
