I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist working with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma and addiction, as well as more complex and longstanding patterns of difficulty. I am interested not only in what is happening in your life right now, but in understanding how your past experiences, relationships and ways of coping have shaped how you see yourself and others. Becoming more aware of these dynamics can bring up difficult feelings, but it can also bring about greater self-compassion and choice about how your move forward.
I offer a warm and collaborative space to explore what is going on for you. I support clients to use their own strengths and resources to navigate difficulties, while also drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic and existential thinking to help clients make sense of their experiences and to support the therapeutic process.
