I have a particular interest and specialist experience in working with disordered eating, eating disorders, body image concerns, and self-esteem through my role within an NHS Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS). Alongside this specialist work, I also support people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and challenges with identity. I provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
I work with teens, young people and adults. Online sessions only.
