I have supported people of all ages with various psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, grief, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, and anger-related challenges. I have a particular interest in working with adolescents and young adults struggling with mental health issues, neurodivergent individuals who may need adaptations to standard therapy sessions, individuals with eating and body image difficulties, and adults experiencing sexual problems (e.g., painful sex or low desire).

When I’m not working, I love spending time with friends and family, enjoying good food, and discovering new places to eat. Cooking is one of my favourite ways to unwind, especially when shared with others. I also love to travel and feel fortunate to live near the beach, where I enjoy swimming or walking by the sea.
