| Ελληνικά I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist with Transactional Analysis as core modality working with individuals and couples across genders, orientations and relationship diversity. I practice in English and Greek.
I have a keen interest in relationships and in particular in midlife, supporting individuals and couples in understanding themselves deeply and removing their obstacles to growth so they can live authentic and connected lives. I work with issues of identity, menopause, separation, co-parenting, coercive control, issues of sex/sexuality, trauma and others.
I work in depth and in a psychodynamic way which means I help clients understand their history and make links between past experiences including transgenerational issues, and difficulties faced in the present. I support clients in strengthening their physis, letting go of what does not serve so they live fully. I work relationally.
Whether you are an individual or a couple, if you are in a pivotal point in your life where something feels like it is no longer working but you are stuck or not sure where to go, I can support you to understand yourself, heal wounds of the past and envision an autonomous, growthful and meaningful life. My practice is creative and trauma-informed.
