I am an Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapist, Counsellor, EMDR Practitioner with specialisation in adults, children and young people. I am an Accredited Member by UKCP and a Registered Member of BACP & EMDR UK. I offer therapy face to face and online. I practice in English and Greek. I work in a relational, attuned, and holistic way with clients. Clients say I am calm, gentle, and warm. In a non-judgmental, safe, caring, and confidential space, i help clients to go through psychological challenges by improving their relationship with themselves and others, as well as cope with everyday stressors and live more fulfilling lives.

Sessions are always tailored with care around the individual needs of every client. I work both short and long term with clients, as every individual has unique goals, problems, and time space is needed to help every client to explore and grow.
