Reaching out can be hard and life’s difficulties are rarely easily understood. Are you struggling with intense feelings? Would you like to understand and make sense of your concerns? You might be feeling overwhelmed, lost, having problems in relationships, feeling depressed and/or anxious or just not feeling 'right'. My focus is on guiding you through the complexities of your life in order to help you find clarity and choice.
I offer a supportive, non-judgemental, safe and reflective environment where you can explore difficulties and emotions. Over time, you might gain a much deeper understanding of yourself, which will also bring increased clarity. I have a particular interest working with shame and guilt in the context of family history and relationships.
It's really hard finding the right therapist and there are lots of us out there! I believe in honesty from the outset and as such offer all clients a phone call where we can find out if we'd be a good fit to work together.
