I am an experienced Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I provide a confidential and non-judgemental environment within which you can begin to explore and make sense of what is troubling you. Therapy is very much an individual process, so there are no one-size-fits-all answers or solutions. It is about us designing your therapy together to suit your specific needs, and help you work in a way that feels natural to you.
I believe in drawing on a combination of therapeutic approaches and I have worked in the Criminal Justice System, the NHS, and the Creative Arts, where I have gained experience in helping a wide range of people from all different walks of life.
