I have extensive experience working across a range of presentations, including depression, anxiety, gender identity, attachment, neurodiversity, trauma and relationship difficulties. My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma informed. Together we will decide how to go about and tackle the issues bringing you to therapy. I adapt the way I work to meet each person’s needs drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as such as Humanistic & (Trauma focusing), CBT, Psychodynamic (Mentalization, TFP and Attachment informed) and LGBTQI+ Affirmative & Focusing Gender Sexual Relationship Diversity (GSRD).
As a compassionate psychologist, I create a safe space where you feel comfortable exploring your presenting issues.My approach is flexible and in collaboration with you, we will make sense of your concerns drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Humanistic, CBT, & ( Psychodynamic, MBT-TFP, attachment). I am based at London Bridge SE1 & Blackheath SE3.
I am a BPS Chartered /Associate Fellow Psychologist with significant NHS & private practice and University Lecturer experience, registered with the HCPC. I provide a free initial consultation to see if we are a good match to work together.I accept private paying & AVIVA clients. I offer short and longer term therapeutic interventions.
