Thank you for reading my profile. I am a therapist who is experienced in working with a wide range of issues such as stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, motivation, confidence, relationship issues, addictions and general struggles with everyday life. I provide a safe, welcoming and friendly environment which allows my clients to feel at ease, this allows them to be as open and honest as they can be throughout their sessions with me. I offer short and long term counselling and am always non judgemental. Each client will receive 100% dedication and focus. I have offices in Epping and Harlow. I am also BUPA registered
I focus on person centred, psychodynamic and CBT depending on the clients issues. I feel by using these core techniques I am able to help build a picture of you as a person which enables you to understand your emotions and thoughts. If you can understand why you feel a certain way, you can begin to rationalise your actions and behaviours.
Coming to therapy for the first time may be difficult but it could be the best thing that you ever do. Talking to someone who is qualified about issues which you find hard to discuss can really help you overcome what you are experiencing.
