Hi there, I’m George. I’ve been providing counselling services for over nine years, offering sessions in person, over the phone, and via video call. Alongside my counselling work, I’ve also supported mental health and well-being in the North Somerset Community. My office is in Worle, making it easy to reach from Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, Portishead, and other nearby areas.
I use a humanistic counselling approach, allowing you the time and space to talk about whatever's on your mind. Together, we can explore these thoughts, which can help you gain deeper self-awareness and clarity on your current issues. I also incorporate other therapeutic methods when it feels like a different approach might better suit your needs.
While I have experience with a wide variety of issues that bring people to counselling, I have a particular interest in areas such as anxiety, anger management, bereavement, depression, low confidence and self-worth, relationship problems (whether with friends, partners, or colleagues), and stress related to work, home, education, or new jobs.
