About
Hello, my name is George and I have been providing my counselling services for over 6 years, offering face to face, telephone and Skype counselling. Alongside being a counsellor, I have also worked within the mental health sector providing mental health & well-being support to the North Somerset Community. My counselling office is in Worle, which is in easy travelling distance from Weston-Super-Mare, Clevedon, Portishead and many other areas of North Somerset.
I offer a humanistic counselling approach, where you are given the time and space to talk about whatever is currently on your mind for us to explore together; this will encourage deeper self-awareness and clarity on current issues. I also integrate other therapeutic approaches into my work when a different approach may feel better suited to your needs.
Although I have experience with a wide range of issues that lead people to counselling, I have a particular interest in the following: Anxiety, Anger Management, Bereavement, Depression, Low confidence and self-worth, Relationship Problems (with friends, partner, colleagues etc.), Stress (at work or home, education, new job etc.).
