I’m George, a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor based in Suffolk and working online across the UK. I support adults facing anxiety, depression, low mood, grief, bereavement, and relationship issues, as well as those living with trauma, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, or self-harm. I also have specialist experience in working with neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, dyslexia) and supporting Armed Forces personnel and veterans, especially during transition to civilian life.
