I’m a mature, person-centred counsellor with lived experience offering trauma-informed support for people diagnosed with BPD, PTSD, autism, ADHD, depression or anxiety. Together, we can gently explore your questions, experiences and identity at your pace, in a space where your story truly matters. I know that neurodiversity looks different in everyone, I can help you understand what it means to you.
I want to hear your story; to help you make sense of your experiences and understand why you needed/need to respond in the way you did/do. I will help you explore your identity beyond keywords and clinical phrases. I can help you separate and understand what these words and phrases mean personally for you in your personal context.
