I draw from a range of theories that consists of a number of different modalities. This makes me a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. As a therapist my work follows the BACP ethical guidelines. I am therefore bound by confidentiality and dedicated to the well-being of my clients.
As well as my therapeutic training I have a deep interest in mindfulness, music and meditation. Through these interests I have enjoyed gaining an understanding of how the body and the mind interact and affect each other.
I offer a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, without judgement. We will work together to help you tackle the areas of your life that aren’t working for you at the moment. I will work to support you to take tangible steps to gain a greater understanding of yourself.
I offer face to face, virtual and walking therapy.
